These are raw calls where something different happens every time.
They will happen at least once per month, often more often.
For paid subscribers, I send links at the tail end of posts and reminder emails.
The groups are small enough that everyone talks if they want to, and unless someone reveals something personal or asks for the conversation to be private, the conversations are recorded for anyone who misses it (plus an edited transcript). Honestly, I love these calls.
