I have many adult friends and am very grateful for each of them. they are work. we are all busy with our own families, our jobs, our sports, and although we know social and family connections are - along side of physical health - THE most important factors for longevity, they are often the first thing to go when life gets busy. I have been thinking about the topic especially since several men confided to me recently (4 !) that they dont have friends......
This is a wonderful treat on this first day of the year. And it is true, I have many friends. Not all of them like each other but they all have a connection to me. I am going to think about this a lot today- and beyond!
